First off, a disclaimer; I am a huge Castelli fan. The fit, quality and style is always spot on. Currently one of my favorite kits is the Castelli Safari jersey and shorts. I was immediately drawn to the bronze color blocking and chetah print on the jersey. (this girl loves her animal prints!) Castelli did a wonderful job of using the bronze to create the look of a strapless top, adding just the right amount of sex appeal. By keeping the chetah print subtle, it doesn’t look like a hot mess. The shorts are the right length for me as well— they’re a bit longer than the Castelli Elegante shorts, and my knee warmers stay put and have yet to slip. An extra wide, soft bronze waist band ties the two pieces together. I like that the shorts are black, as it directs attention to the unique jersey. Besides looking really good while pedaling or coasting by, the jersey is soft, breathes well, and has 3 good sized rear pockets. (I carry my compact camera in one) In addition, the KISS3 chamois is incredibly comfortable on long in-saddle rides.
