I shared the Castelli Perla jersey in a previous post, but I’m now happily sporting the entire Perla ensemble. The SoftFlex RS fabric used for the jerseys and shorts is my favorite to date. It is so soft and comfortable, yet still a high tech fabric that breathes and wicks well. Not to mention it is very flattering.
The jersey features seamless gray and pink microfiber trim on the arms and neck, along with a pink front zipper. Three rear pockets provide space to stow necessities, and have a surprisingly large capacity for holding stuff. The shorts also feature the seamless gray and pink microfiber trim on the legs and waist bands, and include a Kiss3 Donna women-specific seat pad for a focus on comfort.
This is my go-to kit in the spring and summer, giving me breathability and comfort I need on hotter days.
