IMBA forms partnership with SF Urban RidersSF Urban Riders have signed a Letter of Intent to partner with IMBA to form a new San Francisco Region Charter Chapter beginning in 2009. The partnership will provide SFUR with non-profit status with the added benefit of Revenue Sharing thru regular IMBA membership.

Trail Work on Mount Sutro
Saturday December 6th; 9am – 1pm
This is the perfect opportunity to give a little back. Open Space trails bring us all much enjoyment and an opportunity to experience nature in the midst of our dense urban environment. Help the cycling community become a part of the Stewardship movement and share in the success of the Mt. Sutro vision, multi-use trails for all! For the last 2+ years cyclists have worked hand-in-hand with environmentalists to create the model for an all inclusive urban open space park.

We will be realigning TWO sweet switchbacks on a connector off of the Fairy Gates trail. Mount Sutro is rapidly becoming a treasure in the center of town – and the Mount Sutro Stewards need everyone’s help in continuing their ambitious trail and habitat restoration projects.
Refreshments are served at 12:45.
Everyone leaves satisfied and happy.
