Orange Seal sent a few bottles of their new Endurance Tubeless Sealant, a new iteration of their Tubeless Sealant to try for our Evil project build.
Available in sealant refills and injector bottle packaging, the new injector hose makes installation easier than ever. The injector uses a hose that attaches to the bottle very similarly to Avid Disc Brake Bleed kits, and includes a new dipstick so you can keep track of how much sealant you have in your tires.
Like the original formula, it sealed the tire quickly after the usual shake and rotate. I had good luck with the previous iteration but did notice I had to add more over time as it would dry up after a few months of use. The new Endurance Sealant formula promises longer durations between top-offs. The new dipstick should come in handy as well.
Orange Seal Endurance Tubeless Sealant starts at $7.99, enough for 1-2 road tires, or 1x 29″ tire. 8oz bottles like the ones pictured start at $14.49. Available in 4oz or 8oz injector bottles, and 4oz, 8oz and 16oz Endurance Sealant Refills.
