I’m always amazed at the great weather we get here in the Bay Area, especially considering it’s February. This weekend I hit up one of our default riding spots with some new friends to enjoy the sweet riding conditions. To change things up a bit, the DH bike was left at home in favor of the trail/ AM rig, and the XC helmet.
It was definitely interesting to negotiate the trails I usually ride on a full blown DH ride with single ply tires and light weight wheels. It is definitely getting me to rethink my all mountain setup for the variety of trails I’ve been riding here in NorCal.
As has been my habit lately, I packed my Canon 7D and my 50mm prime lens to capture a few chill moments from our ride. Enjoy the shots.
