That’s where I’m still at here, as words continue to fail me. Apparently “stand up cycling” is a thing. Since it would be too difficult to lower your saddle and go for a ride standing the whole time.
The benefits of stand cycling: exercise. Because the best way to get additional cardio is to stand up the whole time. But wait, the best part is still to come:
