Gateway Green is one of Portland’s newest park acquisitions - 25 acres of unused open space to be developed into a world-class recreation destination, including a bike park with single track trails, dirt jump lines, skills areas and a cyclocross course. Located in East Portland, you can learn more about the Gateway Green Project and the Dirt Lab at www.gatewaygreenpdx.org
To find it: Gateway Green is not accessible by car, as it is surrounded by freeways. To access the park, you enter via the I-205 Bike Path via the Gateway Transit Center (you have to cross through the train stop, which can be confusing for first time visitors) or Maywood Park to the North.
