PORTLAND, OR. — Velotech/Western Bikeworks has hired Inga Beck of team Bermstyle to head event marketing efforts and social media for the two Portland based retail stores as well as the online stores. Besides the Western Bikeworks locations, Velotech also owns and operates BikeTiresDirect.com, and is a supporter of local cycling in Portland, sponsoring the Portland Velo Cycling Club, the Western Bikeworks race team as well as a number of local cycling events.
Inga brings her passion for the sport and experiences as a Communications Manager and social media maven, MTB coach, Ride Leader, Event Coordinator and Membership Director with her to the role, and is excited to help develop and contribute to the riding community.
